Asam Laksa

How do you describe Malaysian food – ‘Asam Laksa’?
I heard of a person said it is hot and sour noodles with fish on top of the noodles.

It might be right but it was the first time I heard of people described Asam Laksa like that, it sounds a bit weird to me.

Asam Laksa is one of our famous Malaysian foods and it is my favourite as well. It is spicy and sour and it stimulates our taste buds.

It is mixed with cucumber, pineapple and sardine with white noodles.

It is a very sour food, of cause if the one has stomachache or gastric acid, he or she should not eat asam.

Aiya, very long time didn’t eat Asam already, it makes me slobbering right now.
