Bolt

22nd December, I watched “Bolt”. That was a funny and interesting animation. A dog named Bolt is an acting dog with an actress named Penny. Bolt believes that he has superpowers like he can jump very far, he can crash the wall to make a hole by his head and he barks can make a little earthquake but actually he is just a normal, silly dog.

…and one of my friend said Bolt doesn't look like a dog but like a hamster.
No, it is a dog, maybe there is a slightly different between the images in animation and on the poster and it is a cute dog.

Bolt is so cute.

He meets Mr. Mittens, a cat and Rhino, a hamster. Three of them become true friends at the end of the story and are adopted by Penny. Mittens and Rhino are so cute as well.

From my point of view, it was better than Wall-E because I thought that Bolt was a complete story from the beginning until the end, although the story line was not giving us a surprise. For Wall-E, I expected to see how human and robots work together to build up a beautiful earth, but it was not shown.

For me, animation and cartoon must be educational because they are watched by children more. Wall-E brought out an issue which was save the earth by reducing the waste, planting and human should do it by ourselves but not depended on robots. I thought that was good point because most of us really forget to protect our earth from being pollution. Nowadays, all developers just think to earn money more than anything. Maybe we should depend on new generation.

In other hands, Bolt talked about the relationship between friends, between a host and a pet, between real and fantasy.

Only true friends like Mittens will tell you the truth although it may be cruel for you to know the truth. Only true friends like Rhino will always support you from the beginning until the end. Only true friends like Penny will really take care of you and no one can replace you in her heart.
