Love

What is love?
It can be described in three levels which are lust, attraction and attachment.

Lust is the first stage of love which will increase the testosterone or estrogen level in promoting mating process and it will last for a few months.

A second stage, attraction, is making an individual specifically in love with someone by increasing pheromones, dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin which also increase a person heart rate. This stage will last for one to three years.

The last stage is attachment which is a bonding that promotes a relationship to last for several years and decades, it based on commitments such as marriage or children.

Love is based on lust, attraction and attachment. You need to have desire to be in love and get attraction by a person. The lust and attraction stages will last for one to three years and after that will be attachment which means marriage or having children to prolong the love for several years.
